Apples and Almonds....my 3:00 o'clock snack. Yummers. Seriously, I think everyone should try this combo, it's super good and keeps me full for at least two hours.
I'm a 20 something - isn't everyone - but no, I really am, even though I tend to look like I'm about 12! I'm told this will be a good thing come twenty years down the line...heh...still waiting! This blog is where I will post about my healthy eating and healthy living through exercise. I'm realizing the blogs that I love reading the most are the ones which are focused on exercise. I hope to be an inspiration to all of you as I stay healthy, eat all kinds of food (no fad dieting here!) and live healthy! :)
